I had a comfortable 2-night stay at the hotel. the staff were polite and the rooms felt modern. I especially loved the balcony in my room and the incredibly comfortable bed. It was convenient to have a multi-channel TV and a refrigerator in the room.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were accommodating and courteous, location was gorgeous to California. The food was great, with plenty of options. Got a double room with a balcony and comfortable beds, for example as expected. The service was good, including an easy check-in.

The hotel was clean and the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, toasts, and French toast sticks. The staff were all efficient. Good location, at a moderate distance from Shops at South Town Shopping Mall. The property was a fabulous base for enjoying the downtown area.

The central location was convenient, surrounded by many excellent dining options, and my room had a super comfy bed, multiple TV channels, and a fridge.

We originally requested a room for four people, fortunately two were not able to come, otherwise we would have had a problem since the room we got only had a single queen bed.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the location is great for being near the ski slopes; the double room was modern and included a variety of TV channels as well as a fridge.

Kids like the pool

Gave us a room with a plugged sink. Makes using the bathroom uncomfortable. The room should never have been given to a customer. Poor quality control.

The Best Western Plus Cotton Tree Inn in Sandy has an incredible central location, close to the freeway, car dealerships, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and the South Salt Lake Valley. The room is reasonably spacious and the bathroom is the best. The staff is extremely great and courteous, providing excellent service.
